Yea, this didn’t start how we thought it would either...

how it started

In 2010, Dara a writer and marketing professional met Chris, a comic
book artist. It was a match made in heaven both creatively and
romantically.

Yes, they got married eventually... but that’s a different story for a
different day.

Back to the origin of their studio... one day, one of Dara’s marketing
clients was looking for an animator for a project and so Dara proposed
Chris take it on.

Problem was... Chris had never animated a thing in his life.
But he could draw well... like really well... so they decided they would figure it out.

They created their first animated video together for the client and then the client asked for another and another and then recommended Chris to other small businesses.

And the small businesses got bigger and bigger and suddenly they found themselves creating animations for Fortune 500 companies. Now, they are working with HBO to create an animated short that they hope to turn into a series.

We are a black-owned studio that prides ourselves in creating fun and engaging story-driven animations. Founded by husband and wife team Dara and Chris, with over 10 years in the business, we use our experience, diverse perspective and creativity to inject fun into every project we work on.

We are currently working on a pilot for HBO while also creating fun animations for corporations all over the world.
